Double Chocolate Chip Mini Cupcakes

Chocolate on chocolate, what could be better? These ultra soft moist cup cakes will be your go to recipe for your sweet cravings! These cupcakes are incredible and absolutely divine!! Make it for Mother’s Day or any special occasion and enjoy!

Ingredients

Method

1.

In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients together.

2.

Mix coffee in boiling water.

3.

Add water, oil and vinegar to the dry ingredients and make a lump free batter.

4.

Fold chocolate chips in the batter.

5.

Transfer the batter to a mini cupcake molds and bake at 350 F (180 C) for 10-12 minutes or a tooth pick inserted in on of the cupcake comes out clean.

Yes. Oven needs to be pre heated to 350 F.
