These appetizer bites are delicious, super ADDICTIVE and EASY to make !! I just got this recipe out right before DIWALI, so you all can make it for you coming get together. Deconstructed Samosa is made on a ready made pizza crust. The pre made crust makes life easier, especially in this festive time! You can also make this on naan if you choose to! You can make the chutneys two-three days in advance and make the potato stuffing a day before. Bring everything to room temperature before baking the day you’re serving!
Heat a pan over medium heat, add oil. Once oil is hot add cumin seeds.
After cumin seeds begin to splutter add hing and turmeric powder. Stir for 15 seconds.
Then add mashed potatoes and spices. Gently combine everything. Remove from heat and keep aside.
Brush the pizza crust with oil, then gently spread the potatoe mixture using patting motion over the crust.
Once you have spread the potato mixture, bake in he oven for 8-10 minutes at 350 F.
Remove pizza from the oven, drizzle the chutneys, chat masala, onion and cilantro.
Cut into squares and enjoy hot!!
