Make these easy cheesy rolls for you next party. This easy homemade rolls are filled with cheese, chilies and potatoes. Crisp from outside and cheesy filling inside, this cheesy rolls is a perfect after school snack or appetizer. Serve them with this amazingly easy Mayo dip which is full of flavor and spice from the ketchup and chili garlic sauce. The good news is you can make these in advance and just bake them before serving. It requires such little prep work and are ready in few minutes. Dip them in my Mayo Chilli Dip and enjoy!
In a lage bowl mix all the ingredients until well combined.
Take a spring roll sheet and add 2 tbsp of the filling mixture.
Fold the sheet to form rolls and seal using the prepared paste.
Repeat the steps and make all rolls.
Brush spring rolls with oil and bake in a pre heated oven at 400 F for 15-18 minutes until crispy on both sides. (Turn the rolls at half time for even baking)
Serve hot with Mayo-Chili Dip.
