Made with simple ingredients, these Bread Manchurian are perfect to go with rice, noodles or to be enjoyed by itself. It has a nice crunch from the vegetables and gooey and cheesy from inside. Tear bread in to small pieces and add to a bowl.
In the same bowl add all the ingredients for bread manchurian except cheese.
Leave it aside for 10 minutes. This will give time for vegetables to release water.
Using hands mix everything and make a dough.
Take small portion of dough and flatten it. Add a small piece of cheese, close to form a ball.
Heat oil in a medium flame and fry these cheese stuffed manchurian balls till golden brown in color. This will take 30 seconds to a minute.
Heat oil in a wok, once heated sauté ginger garlic green chili paste.
Then sauté onions and bell pepper for 30 seconds.
Add all sauces and pepper powder.
Next add cornstarch slurry and water. Bring it to a roaring boil.
Lastly add cheese stuffed manchurian balls, sauté on high for 30 seconds, garnish with green onions and serve immediately!
