Cheese Cocktail Frankie is basically a combination of traditional aloo tiki with chinese hakka noodles, topped with onions and chat masala. Roti loaded with potato stuffing, noodles and cheese with tongue tickling sauces like Schezuan sauce and tomato ketchup. It is a perfect mix of savory + spicy and not to mention how freaking delicious it is!!! P.S. if you love Frankie and Kathi Rolls as much as I do then definitely try this Cheese Cocktail Frankie.
Heat oil, add boiled potatoes, green chili paste, vinegar, chat masala and salt.
Mix everything and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Turn of the flame and let it cool.
Make small tikis and shallow fry using some oil.
Heat a pan, warm the roti until soft.
Spread ketchup, schezuan sauce over the roti.
Next add the aloo tiki on the roti, then add noodles.
Top it with onions and cheese.
Lastly sprinkle some chat masala and vinegar-green chilies.
Fold from one side and roll it up tightly.
Serve Cheese Cocktail Frankie immediately!
