Mirchi Vada Poppers

Have you ever thought how would MIRCHI VADA + JALAPEÑO POPPERS combined taste like?!! Well you need to give these Mirchi Vada Poppers a try to know that. Fresh jalapeños filled with cheesy potato filling, topped with crunchy bread crumbs and baked till cheese is nice and bubbly. Creamy, crunchy, cheesy, spicy, smoky in every bite! These Mirchi Vada Poppers are a notch higher than mirchi vada and jalapeño poppers. The best part they are baked and not fried! Great game day appetizer! But who need a game to enjoy these Easy, Baked MIRCHI VADA POPPERS! They are so easy to make in advance! Just pop them in the freezer right before serving!

Ingredients

Method

1.

Cut jalapeño in half, length wise. Scrape out inner membranes and seeds.

2.

In a bowl, combine potatoes, cheese, cilantro, amchoor and salt.

3.

Spoon the cheese mixture in the jalapeño halves. Arrange them in greased baking tray.

4.

Add bread crumbs to melted butter.

5.

Sprinkle bread crumbs crumbs on cheese filled jalapeños.

6.

Bake at 400 C for 20 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and melted.

7.

Alternatively, you can cook in a greased pan. Cover and cook till soft and cheese is melted.

8.

Serve with ranch, ketchup or chutney!
