Gulkand White Chocolate Truffles

The festivities have begun If you are looking for a last minute Diwali dessert, I’ve got you covered! These truffles are fudgy, chewy and bursting with that sweet taste from gulkand! It is everything you are looking for this festive season!

Cook: 15 mins
Yields: 8-10 Servings

Ingredients

Method

1.

In a pan mix condensed milk, ghee and milk powder. Stir continuously and break all lumps.

2.

Turn on the heat to medium and keep mixing, add chocolate chips and gulkand.

3.

Keep mixing and in 8-10 minutes the mixture will come together. Try to pinch a small ball, if it is sticky, stir for 1-2 more minutes. Once they do not stick turn off the flame. Wait for the mixture to cool a little.

4.

Grease your palms with ghee. Pinch a small portion and make golf ball size truffles.

5.

Store in an airtight container and enjoy!
